Container Tilter build


•   Tilter base. Durable base that withstands loads of up to 30,000kg.
•   Hydraulics. Hydraulics system that enables precise alignment with the container, lifts the container vertically, and lets you tip the container anywhere between -5° to 90°.
•   Connector clamps. The clamps attach to the container and lock it in place for secure loading.
•   Frame. Holds the container in place during the loading process. You can choose between four options: universal, flat deck, long front, and short rear.
•   Control system. Automates the loading process and enables a single operator to lift and lower the container.

•   Remote control. A heavy-duty handheld remote that lets one operator control loading and unloading from the cab. Paired with the digital scale, it shows real-time weight on the screen.
•   Mobile drive system. Use it to move the container lifter to any loading point in your plant.
•   Power pack. Power your operations your way – choose from diesel or electric, fixed or portable power packs.
•   Hydraulic container door closer. The door closer eliminates the need to manually open and close doors, speeding up the loading process.
