SafeRoll Translifter™ –  MK1 Evolved Series

Basic frame structure is double beam to front Gooseneck. Frame width is more narrow to enter to Cassette. Increased ground clearance +160mm.
5th wheel design – New 5th wheel design has a diameter of 880mm (+100mm). The 5th wheel plate was in the past 780mm. Advantages: the tractor 5th wheel is covered completely, automatic lubrication system is serving complete tractor 5th wheel surface, better load distribution with decreased plate pressure.
Hydro-Pneumatic suspensions – new suspension cabinet allows smooth drive in empty trailer condition, full suspension function also in loaded conditions, reduced stress to the chassis and bogies.
Steering calibration – new steering sensor connection eliminates the calibration of the steering system. No steering teeth connected. Exchange of steering sensors is simple with easy positioning by short steering linkage. Maintenance free positioning.

Problem Solved

The Translifter addresses delays between loading and unloading cargo, ensuring a continuous workflow and significantly reducing downtime in industrial and port operations.

Visual Trailer Controls

The Visual Trailer Controls system provides clear, real-time feedback to the operator, enhancing safety and precision during operations.

•  Red LED lamp at the gooseneck: Indicates errors through different flashing patterns.
•  Constant red LED lamp: Signals driving in an overangle mode (>72°) for immediate attention.
•  Optional blue lamp: Shows the position of the Cassette stopper for 40ft or 45ft lengths.
•  Yellow lamp: Indicates the same deep position as shown in the cockpit, guiding entry into the Cassette tunnel.
•  Orange lamp: Displays the activity of the flexible Cassette fixation system.

With this visual system, operators can monitor critical functions at a glance, improving safety, reducing errors, and streamlining workflow.
